The Armiger is an
Priest in The Carpatho Russian Orthodox Diocese of the Americas and
was ordained on 25 August 1991. A retired US Navy Chaplain, he serves
on several charitable Boards as a Director. Academic degrees received
are from: Duquesne University (BA, MSED), Nova South Eastern (PhD),
Canterbury (LLD), College of Law of England and Wales (International
Anti-Trust/Competition Law Diploma).
